Attendance is going to be taken more seriously. Attendance will determine whether or not members are eligible for Ancient Beastcoins from the linkshell bank as it is simply not fair that members who do not attend a majority of runs still get an even share of Beastcoins which other more punctual members are responsible for.
Players will get a certain amount of attendance depending on how many runs there are per the month
(e.g. 5 runs in July so 20% attendance per run)
(e.g. 4 runs in August so 25% attendance per run)
Members must now achieve over 50% attendance in order to be eligible for Ancient Beastcoins from the linkshell bank!
If you are going to be out of game** for a run and are therefore unable to attend it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell us this right here! This will help us make sure we are not waiting around for any stragglers who may not even be coming.
Members who report their absence prior to the event will still recieve half of the attendance percentage for that run!
(e.g. 5 runs in July so a reported absence is 10% attendance)
(e.g. 4 runs in August so a reported absence is 12.5% attendance)
This means members may still be eligible for Ancient Beastcoins if they are genuinely unable to attend a run through no fault of their own due to real-life events.
Players who do not attend and do not report their absence or do not attend but are still ingame will receive 0% attendance for that run.
Players who miss every run but report their attendance (ie. thus obtaining 50% attendance simply by reporting runs) will also not be eligible for Ancient Beastcoins (because you need over 50%).
**Must be unable to attend due to being out of game. Being in game and not attending for reasons such as "I'm doing another event" do not count.
