Hiya ^^ Well... i finally brought myself to it. Yes i would like to apply to b a SH. PR is growing all the time, with ppl who has had a lot of sea/sky exp and some haven't. In this respect i would like to apply as a SH to b a "mentor" to those new to the area, help them get from a to b, take them thru how we do runs, answer any questions as regards rules etc, allowing the other SH's to focus on actually running the run.
My Sky exp is what ive had with u guys. Ive been in the shell a while now to learn where mobs pop, what aggros what, and roughly whats needed per run as regards pt set up/pop items etc. Ive found that theres a lot of cross talk on a Sky run, in which i mean a lot of ppl talkin over each other, whether it be SH's or general chatter, and on occasion a plea for assistance can go unaided. Yes it stops no1 helping out in /t or w/e, but if its from a SH i'd imagine it makes that person feel that much better/more assured. Also.. and i dont mean to be rude by this, i think sometimes SH's get too entanged in the events of the run, they sometimes dont see "what" is happening, and what resources are availible to them. Maybe a extra set of eyes and ears can pick up on what they miss and just comment and suggest where thought needed.
As regards Sea.. slightly diffrent story. I haven't had sea that long really, BUT i have spent most of my free time in the "regular" sea zones. Not counting Limbus areas, i have pretty much walked every corridor and fought every normal monster. As regards nms i have had some experience, even if its just watching one being done. As we all are quite new to doing actual events in Sea i think someone who has maps (yay ^^) and a clear kind of "self direction" as regards whats where, MAY be a asset to other SH's, once again allowing them to focus more on running the run. And as with Sky same applies with Sea, knowing the region quite well as i do will assist newer ppl to the area.
Sorry to ramble, but i thought i'd proper explain what n why i wanted to be a SH for, or even a formal helper as opposed to a full SH, i wont want to take over running runs (unless asked to) and doing a Malakei (ask Tadacho ).
Anyways, thats it. Hope to hear soon
